Stephen Miller, CEO of Cutting Edge Medical Supply, LLC has been in the medical field his entire life always helping others. In his career, just passing 31 years in the emergency medicine and allied health fields, he has seen the evolution of medicine to include supply chain and logistic inconsistencies.

In the past, the ordering process was laden with red tape and delay after delay with approval after approval needed for the simplest of necessary items, most needed in a day or two, not 1 to 2 weeks or even longer. Even in a paperless system, delays always BECOME A VERY LARGE STUMBLING BLOCK.

After brainstorming and speaking with colleagues in the various medical fields, Endoscopy and OR settings, he discovered the potential nitch in the market. Jose Loderio joined the Medisafe family early in 2007 – just as the very first British-built SI-PCF Sonic Irrigator was installed in Seattle, Washington. For the next ten years, Jose acted as Medisafe’s Service Liason and Director of Medisafe’s Customer Relations Department.

Always customer driven, and an advocate, Jose’s passion for Medisafe products culminated in the design and deployment of a ‘Tiered Contract Warranty System’ – wherein unplanned maintenance was seamlessly coupled with non-contract planned maintenance visits – free repairs for keeping your Medisafe unit compliant!

This all-inclusive feature was lauded by customers in that it provided transparent and cost-effective service and support for their Medisafe equipment. From coast to coast, Jose’s unique approach to Medisafe customer satisfaction set the groundwork that would ultimately become the staple of the Medisafe Service Department and provide the routine face-to-face contact Medisafe end users would have with their Field Service Engineers.
